Size Child Petite

This will fit smaller girls.

Size Child Small

This will fit the majority of 6 year olds now
and may last a petite girl for 3 years.

Size Child Medium

A fair bet to last a small to average child for 3 years and may allow a small child to wear a sweater/jacket underneath.

Size Child Large

Best bet to last 3 years. 
It will be large for the majority of 6 year olds, but will have room for a sweater/jacket and will allow for growth over 3 years. 
Also gives sufficient space for patches. 
We sell this size to about 60% of customers who try on our samples.
(Tandy labels this size as "Small Adult 4650-01")

Size Adult Medium

A very snug 42 coat size. 
You probably need the Large size to accommodate
a sweater/jacket, if you are an actual 42.

Size Adult Large

This is a little smaller than coat size 46-48.
We sell Large size 8 to 1 over Medium.

Size Adult Large Long

Same as the Adult Large, except it is longer
for the taller dad (6' 2" and taller).
The arm holes are larger to accommodate larger chest and arms and to wear a sweater or light jacket underneath.

Size Adult Extra Large

This vest is approximately a coat size 52.
Gives more girth around plus additional length 
for the larger dad. We sell this size to about 8% 
of our dads. This size replaces our 
Large size plus Extension kit.
